【报视TOP特别关注】潘健，男，1954年出生，经济管理本科毕业，广东省茂名市茂港区人。自幼酷爱书画，师从著名书画家王崇位老师和陈光宗老师。1989年参加中国书画函授大学国画专业学习，1992年毕业并吸收为国画研究会会员。现是中国书画艺术百科全书编委：东方书谱书画艺术研究院研究员、理事：中国书画研究院研究员；中国国画院创作委员会副主席；茂名市书画艺术研究会会员。擅长写意山水和花鸟，用笔苍劲泼辣，善用泼墨。作品曾多次获奖和在市省报刊中发表。参加世纪“九运”书画展中获金奖：参加由中国文联主办的“二一世纪首届中国书画艺术精品大展”中获优秀奖：参加“名士杯”全国书画艺术大展中获入选奖；参加“鸣鹿杯”第二届全国党政干部书画大赛中获铜奖；参加由中华文化部、中央国画研究院联合举办的首届中国“启明星杯”书画篆刻大展赛中获最佳作品奖；参加中国“书谱奖”第一届书画艺术大赛中获优秀奖；参加“金鼎奖”全国书法美术大展赛中获美术铜奖。

Pan Jian, male, born in 1954, graduated from economics and management department. He is a member of Maogang District, Maoming City, Guangdong province. He was very fond of calligraphy and painting since childhood, and was educated by famous calligraphers and calligrapher Wang Chongwei and Chen Guangzong. In 1989, he joined Chinese painting and calligraphy correspondence university, and graduated from traditional Chinese painting. He graduated in 1992 and was accepted as a member of the Chinese painting research society. Now it is the Editorial Committee of the Encyclopedia of Chinese calligraphy and painting art: the researcher and director of the Oriental book and painting art research institute, the researcher of the Chinese Academy of calligraphy and painting, the vice chairman of the creative Committee of the Chinese Academy of Chinese painting, and a member of the Maoming art and Calligraphy Art Research Association. He is good at freehand brushwork landscapes and flowers and birds. His works have been awarded many times and published in municipal newspapers and periodicals. Won the gold medal in the "nine games" calligraphy and painting exhibition in the century: to participate in the outstanding award of "the first Chinese painting and calligraphy art exhibition of the first 21 century" sponsored by the China Federation of literature and Arts: to win the award in the "famous scholar Cup" in the national calligraphy and painting art exhibition, and to win the bronze medal in the second national party and government cadres' calligraphy and painting competition of the "Ming deer Cup"; participated by The Chinese Ministry of culture and the Chinese Academy of Chinese painting have won the best prize in the first Chinese "star Cup", the first Chinese calligraphy and painting art competition, and won the Bronze Award in the national calligraphy and art exhibition of the golden Ding award.
